This morning 2 of our 4 AD agents (running on Windows servers) were showing as disconnected in the Okta Admin Portal with the message "This Operation Returned Because The Timeout Period Expired". We have not found any errors in the Admin log or the server log and the AD agent seems to be handling authentication to AD. Servers had not been rebooted. Since this morning one agent has come back online and one still remains disconnected. Has anyone come across this situation and have determined a root cause and/or solution?

Typically this type of issue is cause by connectivity/networking issues, but the root cause can vary depending on configuration and environment.
