how to setup Redirect URI Loopback IP address with dynamic port for OIDC with window desktop application ex. 127.0.0.1:/availableport
Per RFC-8252: The authorization server MUST allow any port to be specified at the time of the request for loopback IP redirect URIs, to accommodate clients that obtain an available ephemeral port from the operating system at the time of the request.

I have done some research but unfortunately I wasn't able to find a documentation/article that would show how to setup Redirect URI Loopback IP address with a dynamic port for OIDC. I have managed to find the bellow discussion where is mentioned that this functionality is not supported:
My advice would be to leverage the Okta Developer forums for this type of questions and take advantage of their expertise.
