1m72z (1m72z) asked a question.
Thomas Stahl (administrator) of eisenmann.okta.com has stolen/used my private email address (only god knows why he did this)
I am NOT known to this "super brilliant it fellow" i am NOT part of his "glorious company".
Everytime something goes wrong with eisenmann.okta.com I am getting bloody mails not belonging to me or my business at all.
What is the correct way to stop this ?
Best regards
Kay

Hi Kay,
Thank you for reaching out to us, my name is Sebastian from Okta Support.
Unfortunately, if an Administrator has informations related to an email address and he is using it on his Okta Org, the situation is out of our hands as we don't have control over his test email addresses.
The best practice in this case will be from your side to discuss with the person in cause to get a better resolution on it.
If you have any other questions don’t hesitate to open a case with us.
Kind regards.
Sebastian,
lol, ….
you want to tell me, that you can‘t do nothing „because this is out of your hands“?
Are you aware that i can‘t get in touch with the admin, because I don‘t have his contact info.
Just for my couriousity. You are (as an Octo support) totally unable to send any message to a site administrator in a case of a site problem?
Hope you never need this feature to contact a site administrator in case of a problem. Keep all fingers crossed for U…
Best wishes and thanx for your help anyway.
