Hi Okta team, I hope you are doing great. A few months ago I created a developer account with another email address. I had to stop using my account for a few months because of work load and now I am trying to take again training courses and practice. However I forgot my password and when trying to use the "Forgot password?" link I receive an email saying that my password can only be recovered by an administrator. But because it was a new dev tenant I do not have any other admin account in the tenant. So my question is, how can I recover my dev account?
It is important to recover that account because it was open using a partner email. So wondering also if there are any additional features available compared to a personal email account.

I think if you can get access to that old email that would be your best bet. If that is out of the question I think you will need to open a support case. https://support.okta.com/help/s/opencase or call Okta support at one of the following numbers.
