Hello,
Is Okta Idenity Engine is a free feature for an existing customers?
Looks like it was in EA last year, but ino longer see it in the list of my EA features.
Do I have to contact support to enable it?

The goal is to eventually migrate all customers to the new Okta Identity Engine but in the meantime, please reach out to your Okta Account Executive to find out if your org is eligible for the migration.

Is this the same requirement for Preview orgs?
I would think you should give Okta support an option to allow the migrations to Okta Identity Engine for Preview Orgs, otherwise account reps will get swamped with migration requests. This is a huge bottle neck for Okta customers.
We apologize for the inconvenience. The preview orgs will have to go through the same process.
To ensure a smooth transition the initial rollouts will be slow. I'm confident that the process will improve.
hopefully Okta will improve the prcoess, so it would not take a long time for Preview orgs, otherwise customers will be forced looking for another iDP. Thanks,
