How to customize following page markup, I am able to change only logos and color code from okta admin, but there is no option to change the page markup from admin. so is there anyway i can change contains of the page i.e i want to remove signout link from the top right of the box.

At this time there is no way to further change the page, however as a workaround you can use the Custom Sign in widget for further customisation, please see the below article:
