When we sync Okta passwords to AD, Okta creates a temp password and forces the user to update their own Okta password in order to complete the sync. How can we force Okta to sync the existing passwords to AD instead without the reset requirement?

I have managed to find the bellow documentation that contains information about the events that trigger a password sync from Okta to Active Directory:
Hey Flaviu. We followed this documentation and it creates a temp password that forces the user to change when they sign into Okta. We do NOT want this to happen. We want the existing Okta password to sync over to AD instead. If we push this change out to the org, every employee will be required to change their Okta credentials. Not a good user experience.
