My members have encountered this problem.
Can't sign in to Box from OKTA, but can sign in directly from Box. The system asked me to disable the account in Box and reassign it from OKTA. Is there another way to solve the problem?

Hi! Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
Please go to your Okta Admin Dashboard→ Applications→ Box→Provisioning→ Integration and validate/re-authenticate the API connection with a BOX Admin account.
Once that is done, go to the Okta Admin Dashboard→ Tasks and filter the tasks for the affected user(s), then retry the task.
