Use Okta Workflow to read information from and update a google sheet
I have a situation where I have a google sheet with basic user information on it (name, email address, department, etc) - all the rows in this sheet will have information. What I would like to do is create a workflow that scans all the rows in the sheet and for each one does the following:
- Searches Okta for a user with the same email address
- Once it finds the user, copies their special ID and Last Login into Okta to the original spreadsheet (there will be two columns where this information is expected)
- The two new pieces of information (login and special ID) can be written over
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is certainly possible through workflow, the flow can be seen in the screenshots below. You will need to setup the Okta connector and Google sheets connector, have the sheet ready with the required data. You will also need to add a scheduler to the flow so that it will update at the desired time or how often you would like this to run.
