Hello,
I would like change the OKTA authentication system to access to the data room platform "Intralinks".
The system ask me to enter a digit code sent on a phone and I would need to receive this code on the email address. This change does not concern my personal account but an other account.
Could you please help us to change this ?

Hi Marine Simonin,
If the code you mentioned is an Okta verification code, it cannot be sent via email if you want to use email authentication (if it is enabled on your account) as a second factor.
Please follow the steps outlined below.

Thank you your full explanation. I able to change this authentication system as explained for the data base room of our client but for the use of another website (an data base room too but manage externally) this change is not taken into account. I have yet to enter a digit code received on Okta Verify application. Do you think I should contact the database platform directly in order to be able to connect and to access documents ?
