I deleted Features License from one of my Salesforce App. How can I revert back and able to see Feature License in the Application Profile.

Go to your Okta Admin Dashboard→ Directory→ Profile Editor→ Salesforce→ Add Attribute. The list of available attributes should be there if you have Provisioning enabled for the app.
