Need to download SAML settings of all Active apps
Need to download SAML settings of all Active apps, particularly Single Sign On URL, Recipient URL, and Destination URL. How can this be achieved?

At this time there is no specific API that will do this. You can retrieve each app individually using:
https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/apps/#get-application
Please note that with Custom SAML apps, you have more information there(SSO-URL, ACS etc.), but with pre-build apps the information will be in the "Configure SSO" link.
