Configuration of LDAP Agent - Validation Error
I have installed an LDAP Agent. When I configure then I get the below validation message. Please let me know work around
Error Message
Validation failed!
Group Parsing Failed 507 with following error: Validation failed. Based on your settings, the following search query was used and failed to return an object: [Query: (&(objectclass=organizationalperson)(mail=dumma@hotmail.com)); SearchDN: OU=Employees,CN=MRS,CN=CONTOSO,CN=COM] 000020D6: SvcErr: DSID-03100821, problem 5012 (DIR_ERROR), data 0??
Hi @okxta (okxta) , Thank you for using our community to help you troubleshoot.
Check for any accidental empty spaces in the query and I’ve seen at one point someone having this issue due to group membership. Perhaps double-check that the account used for reference is part of the group used in the query.
