Hi Amer,
In order to get access to the Workflows console, you must be a Super Admin, and be assigned to the Workflow application.
If you want to add a Okta connection/change the existing scopes, you must also be added to the Okta OAuth application as well.
I have same issue and once i get assigned to both the workflow apps, still getting signin again option.
How this can be resolved?
