Self-service application requests

Hello, I am reaching out to see if anyone in the community has custom solutions for requesting application access? Currently, we have users use Service Now to request a group addition, which then eventually is imported into Okta and assigned to the app. This can take up to an hour+ depending on AD replication time, etc.

 

I think the self-service request feature built in is OK, but it does not offer group based control, etc.

 

Has anyone built anything else? I would love to talk/see about your solutions.
