Hi all,
New staff members should be automatically added to some distribution lists on Microsoft 365 such as allusers@company.com.
Is there a way I can achieve this via OKTA only rather than needing to go to the Microsoft portal to assign the users manually over there?

Hi @Julienv.70287 (Yaska) , Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Okta Community!
If you have your AD integrated with Okta, you should be able to sync the distribution lists via the O365 app Provisioning features (Universal Sync type):
