We have an online MS Dynamics 365 instance and we are planning to use Five9 plugin within MS Dynamics 365 and we want to integrate with OKTA (SAML) for authentication instead of using Azure AD. (SAML)
Is this a feasible solution from OKTA end?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I have done some research and I managed to find the bellow documentation that shows how to configure MS Dynamics On Premise with Okta through WS-Fed:
In the Okta app catalog, I can see that there is an application entitled "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online" but it only has SWA as an SSO option, therefore I believe that you could create a custom application into Okta to use SAML.
