SCIM Provisioning - New app's provisioning setup not mapping options correctly

Hey, on creating a new application with provisioning on Okta. The options:

  • Push New Users
  • Push Profile Updates
  • Push Groups

 

Aren't mapping to Settings > To App as indicated by your documentation on Add SCIM provisioning to app integrations | Okta. Is something not working as intended or has there been a specification change?

    The options should only become available after you completed the SCIM connector configuration.

    If you don't see the options after you completed the setup, successfully tested the connector configuration and saved the setup, you should open a case to further look into possible root cause.

    Hey Mihai,

     

    I am able to access the settings after completing the setup as you mentioned. Its just that,

    1. I enable the above mentioned options.
    2. I test the configuration and save the setup.
    3. These options are not enabled when the page reloads after saving the app under Settings > To app.

     

    I think this might be a bug, so do I have top open a case?
