    Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

     

    In order to configure Okta Verify on your new phone, you will need to reach out to one of your Okta admins within your organization to reset your MFA, in order for you to be able to enroll the new device.

    Tip: Always enroll in at least TWO forms of MFA factor, on two different platforms, so that the loss of one factor will not prevent you from signing into the server or prevent you from removing the old MFA enrollment.
