TaylorS.05474 (Customer) asked a question.

Keychain access wants to use the "okta" keychain. Please enter the keychain password. How do I resolve this issue?

Mac - I have a user that reset her password while offsite and not on VPN. We ended up with mismatched passwords. That issue has been resolved. Part of the fall out from changing the password while being off VPN is we now have a keychain issue. Here is the error message. Keychain access wants to use the "okta" keychain. Please enter the keychain password. The old or new password does not work. I see the key listed under Custom Keychains/Okta in Keychain access. It's a private key named 3A00C819. I cannot delete the key. If I go to my Mac and look for the same key for my Mac I can delete the key. What needs to be done to resolve this issue.
