Hi,
Microsoft and Google both support passing `prompt=select_account` as a query parameter. Okta also support this query parameter and will pass the value along to the identity provider but only if it's one of the values that Okta supports which does not include `select_account`. How can we set this query parameter in the URL to the identity provider?
