Has anyone tried to use paycom as the IdP? I need to do this but there is almost no documentation on this.

The list of iDP tested and documented by Okta is listed in https://developer.okta.com/docs/guides/identity-providers/.
For iDP that is not in the list, you can integrate with Okta either with SAML or OIDC, depending on which method that is supported by the iDP.
