Updates in AD (Title, Department, Phone) not flowing to OKTA integrated apps like Zoom and Salesforce. We are updating our Active Directory entries and expecting them to copy to other apps based on the SAML mapping however the changes are not being updated for existing users.

Thank you for posting, could you check the link below and determine if your AD is configured as Profile master.
