One of our employees is having an issue when she logs into our VPN, which is compatible with our SSO. She receivers the push notification properly, but when clicking "Yes its me" she receives a red error and then everything disappears. Because of this she cannot connect to our VPN. She's updated the Okta app on her phone, restarted both her phone and computer, plus Ive reset her password and multifactor. Please advise.

Thanks for posting.
Check to make sure that:
Ensure you have a stable Network Connection or Mobile Data connection by opening your mobile browser and navigating to your organization's Okta website.
Check that Push Notifications are enabled for Okta Verify in your Phone Settings.
Confirm that your device Date and Time is set to Network (or Automatic).
Reboot your device by powering off completely and then powering back on.
Ensure the device is not Jailbroken, does not have a custom security layer or Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile, and that other Applications that could be interfering with delivery of notifications.
