Query about automatically deactivate app users if inactive for more than 90 days

You can achieve this using automations

1. In the Admin Console, go to Workflow > Automations.
2. Click Add Automation and enter a name for the automation. Click Save.
3. Click Add Condition & Select User Inactivity in Okta (Set duration as 90 days)
4. Click Add Action & select the action type as 'Change user lifecycle state'
5. Then change the user state to Deactivate
6. After that you have to configure a schedule when this automations run
7. Select the Group to which this automation should apply.
8. After saving all the conditions make the status as Activate

Thanks Jijo. I've managed to create the workflow based on your reply, now it has to be tested. Couple of more questions though,

1) is this only work for users who login to Okta directly? what about the users who login via other identity providers like AD or LDAP servers? Will this automation works for them as well?

2) the group membership parameter is mandatory in the workflow and I found multiple groups can be added. Do you how many groups can be added into one automation workflow?
