Sorry for the post which may be inappropriate but it is my only option.
I would like to find out if it's possible to activate the Duo Universal prompt for a trial instance of Okta.
And to save some typing for you all... Can't open a case, not allowed to. 😞 [Even more, you get a notice to call or email support@okta.com which leads you to getting an email to open a case LOL]
Adding to the gripes of this support system, by default 'Sign In' here lets you choose an Okta sign in, which I have for my trial of Okta instance. Click that and get in a loop of error screen to contact support as I suppose the trial admin credentials are not enabled for support. Well to contact support I need to login... It was not until I saw that the domain for the error was the trial instance domain that I realised that creating a new help login may get me someone... except can't open a case...
