How do I get Okta Support ?

Hi,

 

Trying to open an Okta Support case seems to be very difficult

 

Our organization uses Okta IdP for Atlassian Cloud (Enterprise)

 

When I login to Okta Support using domain account it comes up with an error "Your account has not been configured for the link/application you are trying to access. Please contact Okta Support and request that your account be configured for the link."

 

Right, so I try to Open a Case it gives another error "If you are authenticated via your Okta Administrator credentials and still see this message, please open a case with Okta Customer Support by emailing support@okta.com or calling ..."

 

Right, email it is then.. get another error "Hi

Unfortunately, this email address is no longer used for submitting new cases to Okta Support. To get support from Okta, please use one of the following methods below:"

 

Now do I have to have a long distance phone call to Australia or UK in 2022?

 

Is there any other way to contact support to figure out issue with this account ?

    Hi Henry,

     

    Thanks for replying

     

    I don't even get that far.

     

    As soon as I try to login to (support.okta.com -> redirect to login.okta.com -> presents me with my domain account to select) with my domain account I get greeted with this error, so I don't have an option to actually get as far as to actually logging into Okta supporportal with my domain account to contact Okta support

     

    It feels like a catch-22
