Hello I found that I can use the okta custom sign-in widget in order to create custom login page per app with different logo. https://developer.okta.com/code/javascript/okta_sign-in_widget/.
Is there a way without using the widget?
Something like the per org customization that is available in: ../admin/customizations/sign-in-page

You can customize some settings using the Admin -> Customization -> Sign in page
This document will give you an idea of what you can do:

However, to have a better and easier experience I do recommend using the widget as there are much more settings customizable.
