Hi,
We have a scenario where Okta username is not the same as O365 email address. This works in the IDP initiated scenario where user lands correctly to the Office apps, but fails when they try to login through the Outlook client or even directly to portal.office.com.
They enter their O365 email address in the first login page of O365 and are then redirected to Okta. At this point, when user enters the Okta username it doesnt authenticate the user successfully.
I was wondering if anyone has encountered the same issue.
