Is it possible to require security keys such as YubiKeys or Google Titan to be used for webauthn factor?
I would like to disable Apple TouchID and Windows Hello?

You can use the following factors for webauthn:
YubiKey for one-time passwords
Email authenticator
Password authenticator
Phone authenticator
Security Question authenticator

Unfortunately, Google Titan is not one of the available options
