    Hi yennifer correa ,

     

    Please follow the below steps to address the issue,

    1. In the admin console , go to Directory > People
    2. Select the user account you want to delete .
    3. From More Actions select Deactivate.

     

    Image is not available
     

    4.Then Select Delete

    

    Image is not available
    5.User account will get deleted.

      I don't have the admin console option. It is nowhere.

      As administrator it says I don't have access.

    Hi yennifer correa,

     

    You must have right set of admin privileges inorder to delete a user from the okta. Kindly verify on your admin privileges.

      Good day

      I don't have that option. I send screenshot as seen from my profile
      I am a natural person, I do not have a company. I created this account by mistake. Enter my data, email. Etc. but I have no idea what admin profile

      I need to delete the account, thanks

        If you want to delete community account please send an email to community@okta.com.
