Hi!
I signed up (with my personal email) on okta.com as I wanted to create an application. Later, I realised I had to create an account on developer.okta.com. So now, I'm left with this "invalid" account. I'm not able to contact support as that page says I'm a community-only member. I'm not able to go to admin dashboard as that gives me a 403.
Kindly advise what my next steps should be to delete this account.

Thank you for posting.
To proceed with the deletion of your trial account you will need to contact support@okta.com and ask them to deactivate it.
Currently, there is no option to perform this yourself as an admin.
Please check the different options to get Okta Support.:

I tried emailing support@okta.com, but I got a response saying that that email address cannot be used to open new support requests. At this point, I'm unable to do anything. The mentioned ways to get help cannot work.
Could this forums thread be somehow considered to get rid of my account?
This is total bullshit!!!
Sending an email gives an auto response:
"This email address is no longer used for submitting new cases to Okta Support"
Then you're instructed to open a case, which yields:
"You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case"
Please remove my account from your platform.

My story:
2 (yes two) years ago I tried to register okta.com account, but I have never ever (NEVER!) confirm & activated my account! From this two years I'm receiving SPAM messages from "Weekly Okta Help Center Digest for Community Central" & I can't cancel this or change this (I need to login to change this but I never finally confirm account!!!!!!).
One more time I have never ever confirm my account via any link so if you will try to register any email this email will start to receiving OKTA SPAM without confirmation from this moment!!
Today I was trying to fix this again (I was sick of this emails), I register again with okta.com & this time I confirmed email & I think that was biggest mistake ever!
Now I'm not able to:
There is no way to speak with anyone or change this, THIS IS NONSENSE!!!!!
You - OKTA you're sending SPAM messages to me without any agreement from my end from two years & now even after registration I still can't do anything or fix this!
