I've added one OU from our domain to Okta. Now how do I add others?

Assuming you need to add OUs from the same domain, answering the above question.
Navigate to the Directory Integrations> Select the Active Directory from where you need to import the OUs> Click Provisioning> Integration> and select the OUs that needs to be imported to Okta> Save
