Unable to install AD agent

When try to install the AD agent and reach the part where I need to login to Okta to connect the agent to Okta, login fails. When I try the reset password option, it says I don't have permission! Please help.

    Hi John Adams,

     

    1. Primarily, please check the okta account which you used to login after the AD agent has right set of privileges, it should be a super admin.
    2. Secondly, please check the browser which you used to login is compatible enough, we would recommend to use chrome or Mozilla for this purpose.
    3. Are you able to login and access the okta console from the same machine ?
    4. If issue still persists, please share us the error screenshots and logs from the Ad agent.

    Hey John,

     

    I ran into the same problem when doing the AD agent upgrade a couple months back. The issue ended up being our MFA, we have DUO mobile and the prompt wasn't coming in because the traffic for DUO was being blocked on that server. Pulled in a networking guy to get that cleared up and was able to see the DUO prompts. Maybe this is similar to your issue?
