Is it possible to use the free Okta/Atlassian SSO connected to my companies AD and authenticate using my company issued smart cards? If it is not possible in the free version, what is the cost?

We now have our account set up, but when I try to add a Smart Card IdP, the option is not there.
Do we have to do something special to get it enabled? I see from 2020 it was an early access feature, but did not see it in the early access list. Our domain is
