WenjunY.09934 (Customer) asked a question.
How does Okta handle bad email addresses when send OTP to user? Is there anyway to check bounce mail or get notification?
In our case, we plan to customize Okta mail notification domains. Does bounce mail go to our mail box after we customize mail domain? Or still go to OKTA mail box?
For customize Okta mail notification domain, we are planning to follow up below doc.

Hello @WenjunY.09934 (Customer),
Thank you for posting.
If it gets the error with [Not Found], Okta will not send any further email, in another word the email address will be blocked/ blacklisted.
Please check the following link with more information:

Hi @User16254393570754125507 (Okta) ,
Thank you for your reply.
So OKTA will not raise bounce notification when it gets error with invalid mail address, right?
Is there any chance to config bound mail in OKTA?
Regards,
