NikT.19802 (Customer) asked a question.

Office 365 Provisioning / SSO - Users cannot login - Your account has not been configured for this application.

I have some users that can access (I see an immutable ID for them in O365 & OKTA side, a bunch of others that cannot access. I do not see an immutable ID for them in either O365 or OKTA. I'm not sure how to get this to work for them, any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello @NikT.19802 (Customer)

I hope you are having a great day

Thank you very much for posting; Usually, this error shows up when the immutable ID doesn't show up in the user assignment and it's not synchronized between Okta and O365.

You can check that by simply clicking on the pencil button in the O365 app assignments tab and check if the users have the immutable ID showing up. If not, simply reassigning the users should fix the issue.  Next, you should check the mappings between Okta and O365 to confirm if the immutable ID is mapped and if Okta is able to create users, but again please raise a support ticket for more assistance.

If you need further assistance you can always open a new case with our support team using the information in the link below: https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/Mac-Devices-showing-as-unmanaged?language=en_US

    Have a great day ahead

    Regards
