I'm working on setting up a workflow that uses API calls to create users in a system. I need to pull a numeric value that is set to the user's app profile based on what group is used to assign them the application.
So far I have not been able to find a way to pull the App Profile values. Does anyone know what kind of command to use in the workflows to get this info?

Thank you for posting, The available custom attributes, however, are determined by the application. You can manage the app user profile type with the Apps API found in the link below:

You can use the Okta - Get Assigner User for Application card.
Here's an example where I selected an O365 app - you can see the Immutable ID and other app profile attributes in the output of the card.
