Log in to Okta with auth0 doesn't work
Hi,
I configured okta as a social connection (https://auth0.com/docs/connections/social/configure-okta-as-oauth2-identity-provider)
But- when a user tries to log in with okta, it doesn't work.
we also tried the enterprise connection (https://auth0.com/docs/connections/enterprise/okta)
And we have the same problem.
The only user who can log in is the user who belongs to the okta account connected to auth0 or a user who is invited to this account.
why it's happening? How can I let my users log in with okta after connecting okta (social/enterprise ) as excepted? (global okta access- for any user)

Hello @p5yys (p5yys)
I hope you are having a great day
Thank you for reaching us to help with your question.
if you move one of these users or create another user in okta does it works fine?
If the answer is yes then you may need to check the group mapping for this application.
If you need further assistance you can also create a case with our support team so we can check the configuration and provide you the best solution for your environment.
Have a great day ahead

Thank you for your answer. "group mapping for this application" - what should it be to let every user connect to okta with auth0?
The only users who can log in with okta through Auth0 in our application are the okta account owner (where we configured the connection with auth0) or a user we shared our Okta admin account with. But we don't want any restrictions for users. We want every user that has an Okta user to be able to log in through auth0 even if we didn't share our Okta account with the user.
How should we configure it and where?
Somehow, I can't open a ticket for your support team even from my admin user for the okta account...
