We have a few accounts that are for internal and automation tools like Jenkins. The account login credentials are managed via a password manager and are located in a shared folder in the password manager where several members of the team can access.
2FA is enforced for all users, including user accounts for tools. These accounts will need access to private GitHub repositories, where all access is managed via Okta, and that login mechanism requires 2FA validation via Okta Verify app. As a result, 2FA is limited to my phone, but we need multiple members in the team to have access.
Is there a way to enable 2FA Okta Verification where it allows several members of the team to manage?

Thanks for posting.
Okta Verify can only be registered to one device at the time. This because the enrollment is presented only once to the user.
From our document:
Note: End users can only register one device at a time with Okta Verify. To register a new device, users must reset their Okta Verify account and then open Okta Verify to add and register their new device.
