    Thanks for posting.

     

     

    Usually, when a provisioning error happens it is caused by one of three causes:

     

    - The user or admin trying to add the application doesn't have permissions for it, in that case you will see an error saying " The credentials used to connect to the API were invalid; please check your configuration".

     

    - The API configuration was successful, but the option to create, update, and deactivate users was not activated, and the error includes "Matching user not found.”

     

    - There are not enough licenses available to add another user on this app, it will show an error saying "License Limit Exceeded.”

    Since in this case, none of the above is happening, but there is "An unexpected error" I suggest you to open a ticket with our Support since we will need some more details and access to your account to be able to better assist you.
