    You can revoke your Yubikey using the steps below:

     

    1. Remove/disassociate YubiKey from the user object in Okta.
    2. Delete YubiKey entirely from the Okta console.
    3. Reupload the seed for that key, by serial #, from the encrypted seed file.
    4. Distribute the key to a new user.
    5. Have them enroll the key as usual.

    This is not correct. The user (howard) has shown attached screenshots that when he performs Step 2, the user receives the error "Internal Server Error."

     

    What are the steps to resolve this?
