I don't understand what okta has to do with the Kansas Unemployment website. I can't login to my unemployment account and when I click on help it takes me to something talking about okta. I click on that and now I'm on your website. My email does not even work with the unemployment website yet anything else I type in will allow me to at least attempt a password which is of course always wrong. What do I need to do to access my unemployment account. I've been having this issue for at least 8 months or more and I need my money which has been on hold for the last 11 months. Please someone help me out with this situation. I'm way past frustrated and passed off about all of this. Thank you!

Hello @6wh2q (6wh2q),
There are a few links that will allow you to design the proper disaster recovery plan for your company. The unique requirements of your org determine how you implement high availability and disaster recovery processes.
Okta maintains policies and procedures for responding to an emergency or a force
major event that could damage Customer Data or production systems that contain Customer Data. Such procedures include:
a) Data Backups: A policy for performing periodic backups of production file systems and databases to meet the Recovery Point Objective described below;
b) Disaster Recovery: A formal disaster recovery plan for the production environment designed to minimize disruption to the Service, which includes requirements for the disaster plan to be tested on a regular basis, currently four times a year;
c) RPO / RTO: Recovery Point Objective is no more than 1 hour and Recovery Time Objective is no more than 24 hours;
d) Business Continuity Plan: A formal process to address the framework by which an unplanned event might be managed in order to minimize the loss of vital resources.
