    Thanks for posting.

     

    The token lifetime can be controlled by editing the password policy.

     

    The interval is expressed in hours, and the default value is 168 (which neatly divides up in 7 days).

     

    To see these settings, you need to go to Security -> Authentication and look at the Password tab.

     

    Select the policy for which you’d like to change the token lifetime and click Edit.

     

    Scrolling down to the bottom, you should reach this particular section.

    There you can select the amount of time.

    • Thanks for the help but this is not quite the issue.
      See attached screenshot of email users get and you can see the link expires in 1 hour, can that be amended?
