SCIM Connection - cannot enable "Import Groups"

Hello,

I've been working on a SCIM application and can successfully perform the following provisioning actions:

  • Import New Users and Profile Updates
  • Push New Users
  • Push Profile Updates
  • Push Groups

When attempting to enable "Import Groups", I get a "Bad Request" error with no additional information. Note: When I run the Test Connector Configuration, I see the "Import Groups" successfully run (green check mark).

Is there a way to get more information on why I am seeing the "Bad request" error? And ways to resolve it? Thanks!

Hi. Thank you for reaching us. This type of error usually appears when you SCIM configuration has some issues. To gather more information about this issue you can leverage System Logs to see exactly what events happen when receiving the Bad Request error.

To further troubleshoot this I would suggest opening a case with Support to gather more data around this issue. Providing us with the logs for this error or generating a HAR file while receiving the error would speed things up for us.
