  • Hello @xcwgu (xcwgu),

Licenses in Okta are based on Active status users. You can log into the Okta Admin, click Reports -> Okta Usage, and download as CSV to get a count of your active users.

If you go over your account rep generally will reach out to let you know so you can clean up or "true-up". How many licenses you're using is the "Active" count in Directory > People.

There is no place in the Admin console to track your Okta license. You will have to monitor yourself and only active users are counted in the user license. This is also tracked by your Okta account manager periodically and they will be able to provide you an update if it exceeds. Also if you have a customer success manager assigned they will be able to tell you in the quarterly meetings.

    Regards,

    Natalia
