hello:
This is in the context of Okta's New Relic SCIM-SSO application
Currently, when users access New Relic UI, the timezone under User Preferences is set as UTC, and that needs to be changed to Pacific time.
Per New Relic Inc, Users can't change their time zone in the UI. That must be configured in the identity provider (Okta). Is there a way to change the timezone for already provisioned Okta users in New Relic?.

Good Morning.
Before this process, you need to determine where are your users have been hosted ( Ad or Okta master ) if your application system has a timezone format different, you can create a custom attribute in Okta to map it to the user's Okta profile.
This timezone attribute in Okta can then be mapped and used to sync from Okta to your application system.

I have the same issue and users are hosted in AD.
No time zone is set under Active Directory > Mappings, I don't want to implement it under AD mappings, just wanted to push changes at app level.
Added below attribute but it is still not reflecting the time zone in Newrelic
Applications > New Relic by Organization > Provisioning > To App > New Relic by Organization Attribute Mappings
