Hi,
While doing SMS verification, I am not receiving an SMS with code at all. I tried reboot of device, clearing cache, trying to log-in with verification from another device, and with another user. In all cases, I don't receive SMS with code needed for verification..

Was this working before or is this the first time you are setting up SMS verification? Here is the step by step on how to configure it: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Security/mfa/sms.htm
Additionally, if you have Network zones enabled, make sure the country where you are located is allowed on the Zone.

Hello,
I managed to log in several times, with SMS that I received as verification code. However, since Monday, it is not working.
Since this is not the first time I am using SMS verification, I suppose that I can't change phone number, to try with another, just to be sure?
I didn't create new network zone, so this shouldn't be an issue...
I am experiencing this same issue today. Put a ticket in with my IT dept and no answer yet. Called my cell phone provider and as of now, they don't see an issue with my phone and suggested I contact you!
This button-look is not helping. It looks disabled that gives impression that this is a second step, but this is the only solution to this issue: I suggest this should be at the top or left prior to this textbox as this will trigger to send sms as the first step.
