I am new to okta developer and I was exploring advance server access options.
I enabled biometric and enrolled successfully.
I verified my biometric works fine for ssh.
Then I enabled biometric for authentication as well. Now it not working for ssh and developer account login via developer.okta.com as well.
I am stuck.
Please help.

Please be aware that the bio auth only works on Okta Verify or Windows Hello, if you want to do it directly with the fingerprint of MAC or PC you have to use FIDO2 Web Authentication as a workaround: https://fidoalliance.org/fido2/fido2-web-authentication-webauthn/

My question is regarding regain login access when biometric is messed up.
