A false warning while installing the Okta AD Agent on the AD server
Hi,
We have had a warning while installing the Okta AD Agent on the AD member server, using the Okta service account which was the member of the right groups, having all the required privileges. Yet we had a warning message saying the service account was not a member of the Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access Group, which may cause issues during the incremental imports. Apparently, while we did incremental import from AD to Okta, there was no impact of the warning. This has been confirmed by Okta, that the warning is just a false positive and will be taken care by them in the near future.

Thank you for the information.
I check information about this false/positive error, this should not cause issues down the line. The warning message might appear due to environmental issues with the service account, but as long as the account is part of the Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access Group the functionality should not be affected.
